To guarantee the best possible experience, we also provide optional services. They are designed to make your life easier and will help you enjoy a service where our teams look after each detail.

Planning study

To insure your Mellow, a land survey may be required. Sunshine levels, slopes, state of the soils and access to the Mellow location are just some of the elements involved in an optimal installation.

Administrative support

We can help you with the local administrative procedures involved in setting up your Mellow. We can also put you in touch with our insurance company. They have extensive experience in the Mellow innovation.

Buy-back insurance

A Mellow can become a temporary living space: a home extension, a bedroom, a seniors’ residence, etc. The day you no longer need it, we promise to buy it back again.

The only condition for this buy-back guarantee is to sign up for the maintenance option on your Mellow. Depending on the options you choose, your buy-back terms will differ. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to find out more.

Maintenance

A habitat that is autonomous in energy and water requires a specific form of maintenance. We schedule methodical maintenance of the technical elements that keep your solar panels, batteries, water treatment facility and reservoir working well all the year round.

Maintenance is not mandatory, but it is a condition for the guarantee to buy back your Mellow. The reason is simple. We want to maintain the technical aspects of the Mellow in perfect condition so that we can return it to the production process and reduce the environmental impact from construction as far as possible.

Keep track of energy use

Thanks to our real-time energy management application, you can keep track of your water and electricity consumption.

The tablet provided with your Mellow shows you your energy spending linked to your solar and thermal panels in real time, helping you to assess your water consumption, as well as the amount of water remaining in the tank.

Transport

We can take care of transporting your Mellow by truck or by boat from our workshop to the location of your choice.

Why would we sell an autonomous living space if we couldn’t guarantee its autonomy?

If you notice your panels are not working properly, we will come and clean them.

If your batteries are run down, we will replace them. We collect your used batteries, recharge them using a green source of energy (mainly wind or solar power), and then reintroduce them into the production process in order to limit waste.

Lastly, if you are short of rainwater in your cistern during a period of unusually long drought, we will find the most sustainable way of supplying you with water.

Sustainability is part of our DNA. In order to offer you a service that matches our ambitions, our interior designer has collected high-performance materials and durable furniture by collaborating with renowned brands that respect our philosophy. She studies your personal project and proposes an optimal layout of your space to make it as aesthetic as comfortable.
